      BTW, if you're getting indegestion from bread / rice etc and feeling 'ill' - you probably have some form of carb intolerance. Try taking them out for a few days then re-introducing them. More than likely you'll feel like sh1t, if so... stop eating it!

      Cheers for the reply ah24, i dont know what to believe in anymore...its why i love bodybuiilding, im always learning i think as long as i hit my protein carbs and fat goals il be happy for the time being

      what i meant is if i was to eat a mcdonalds cheeseburger with 13g protein 20g fat and 20g Carbs would it be the same of eating a chicken sandwich wtih mayo or something with teh dame macros....would the protein be the same and calories be the same? ive heard yes but as explained above i was obviously wrong
