Baby weight - the mrs

Right was just wondering if anyone had experienced anything similar... My mrs gave birth to our girl 4 months ago and is still yet to start shifting the baby weight. She is reluctant to do any exercise and am sure she isn't eating well when I'm not here, I don't wna sound horrible but I find it unbelievable that someone could lose all interest in their self appearance, am struggling to get her up and going. Feel as though I have tried everything but she's not having any of it

The thing that gets me most is that at the moment she has no motivation to look after herself, however if I broke up with her tomorrow then I could 100% guarantee she would somehow find the motivation to get herself in shape and start looking after herself again. So was just wondering if anyone else ha experienced anything similar with their partners? And if so how did you get them motivated?

I appreciate 4 months isn't that long in the greater scheme of things but I can see the situation changing, of anything I can see it getting worse

seriously though, my mrs done the same and she claimed it was baby weight, still claiming it 2 and half years down the line. Not a lot u can do u cant force her to exercise lol

considering im a fat cnut, i harshly took a pic of her from side on with her belly sticking out and sent it to her. Didnt go down well lol

gees mate shes just given birth 4months ago, she maybe going through all sorts of mental and physical depression, try supporting her and doing more and shell get back to herself, aint easy tho, my cousins little is 7months and now and shes started shifting the baby weight, some women dont, shes probs up all night with a crying baby you really want her to go gym to, stop rushin it theres something more important to look after

Jeez she's just had a baby and her hormones probably aren't even settled yet.

Give her a chance fella - just talk/educate her until she's ready.

I posted more for the reason that it's been getting worse, I hardly expected her to be a size 8 again after 4 months lol

Obviously the more she puts on the harder it's gna be to lose

lol i wouldnt really do that, but i did take the photo, was fcukin harsh thing to do but a year after giving birth and still claiming its baby weight and wondering why it wont go down. Nothing to do with the regular tubs of ben and jerrys love lol. Although she thinks if i stopped eating so much protein my weight loss would speed up lol women eh
