Just reading the nutrtion contents of a normal tin of tuna and didnt realise the amount if salt in a tin! Ive actualy never even thought about this before but it quites high no? I was quite shocked tbh, anyone shed any light on this as naturaly i like to keep my salt intake to bare minimum

      I usualy have 2 tins a day

If you've been eating the same amounts for awhile and your bp is fine an bloat your coping with, why worry?

Go for tuna in spring water, far less salt.

Ok so I missed the 'if' your bp is fine.. Though I think if you had bp issues it wouldn't of become suddenly apparent or a concern to you after randomly reading a tuna label?
