      Adding winny tabs to end of cycle. Was going to do 100mg ed and want to make sure I avoid joint problems. Never tried it before.

      Going to stack up on fish oils and glucosamine anything else to help. I don't particular wanna add deca!

      I found its not so much the actual joints, but things like the tendons inside the elbow.

      I got it the first time I used winstrol (on its own, no testosterone), and couldn't do anything that involved bending my elbows - especially curls.

      The winnie sat in a drawer for a few years, then I did a little mini "shaping" cycle for about 3 weeks I used 40mg winie, 75mg anavar, and 300mg of the "classic" prohormone 1-AD a day. Great results, and no pain for some reason.

      I usually do test prop with orals, but didn't use testosterone either time with winstrol. Don't know if it will make any difference.

      Does 100mg seem a little high for a starting dose for winstrol to you guys? that seems more of an anavar dose to me.

      Well I thought 100mg would be high but most people seem to say 100mg.

      Running test E currently. Was looking to add something else. I have no source for var so winny is best bet or tbol. I'd like fat loss properties and hard look.

      Every time i use it i creak through joints,not nice.I know Aus says it is bro science,but tell my joints that,realy fooks me up!

      Its not broscience, it gave me terrible stiff joints where I had to do 10 sets to warm up so I could lift.
      also gave me some kind of panic attack or anxiety.
      I assume that from being a DHT derivative drug and DHT is a stimulant to the CNS.
