I really didn't want to start a whole thread about this, but can anyone give me a very general idea of how many calories you think are in the rice, bread, chic peas, yogurt and chicken in this picture?

Looks like about delicious/10

But I dunno. Bread at around 200-300? Chicken around 300 or more depending on the cut and what it's cooked in, no idea on the chickpeas. And any sauce.

Yea I was thinking about 300 for bread, 300 for chicken (it was pretty moist/guessing a lot of oil but it was definitely white/breast meat), 300 ish for rice, and no idea on chic peas either.

no, i know they are the same thing. i just happen to love all the different ways its spelled. But i think closer to 1200 for the meal.
