      Ladies any advice on a sports bra..I've bought two puma ones last week and they a absolute rubbish..i dont want to be folking out again for ones that aint giving me support lol.. ?

      Why only the ladies? There's plenty of blokes in here suffer gyno..

      However, my mrs uses a LA GEAR bra crop top, that works for her. 38c.

      Shock Absorber They do different 'levels' to stop the I bought one years ago for horse riding (it's a running level) and it's fab! Not pretty mind.. but fab! They've got better too.
