      Attached are images from my love affair with weights, looks and transforming from 14st to 20st 3

      Some work with my sponsors Maxiraw , musclemunch and smartshake and some other shoots and my show pics , , few ransoms of my yo yo style!

      And the one with my name is me now at 14st7 4 weeks ago!

      I'm shooting a tv show for BBC at the moment with the goal to get as athletic natural and ripped as I can hence the type of training you'll see now!

      All weights will be accurate

      My former power is long gone !

      I'm a father to a beautiful 3 year old and she takes priority as does my business and many clients in the real world and online!

      So without further a do, Dutch is open!!!

      Band chain bench with pause

      80kg weights 50kg chains 45kg bands
      175-180kg x 1 with pause

      6 sets cable cross overs 10-15 reps

      Close grip bench with pause 122kg x1

      Floor Flyes 30x6, 35kgx3
      Incline barbell 40kg x 12x3

      Pm
      25 mins plyometrics

      Been fasting all day so tired so called it a day
