      This last bit off fat my pal claims is there for life it's like flabby water apperently from losing weight to fast is this correct

      It like hangs down the bottom mate near the hips I was around 18 stone last year and now at 12.12 I have done a couple off cycles if that makes a difference

      i would think it is excess skin from being 18stone and droping down, skin will stretch but wont stretch back again

      Your probs looking at surgery tbh mate. Like crazyp said I dont think it will ever go back to its normal elasticity after being stretched so much.
