to bulk i guess i need to add more carbs but i am dying to loose body fat i think im roughly 14%

Diet is fine gotta know calories . Usually 12 calories per pound + 500.... if your working I'n kg just multiply kg to pounds by 2.2

Adding LBM gets you big body parts. Bulking is just a term used to mean eating more calories than your body needs to maintain its current weight.

You really should work on full body compounds before worrying about arms,chest,abs etc. It's best to start with a good base and work from there. Even if your goal is just aesthetics.
