      Hey guys I have everything on Youtube as a vid but i can't post links cause its my first post in this forum hope u guys can still enjoy this pic without music lol

      P.S. some pics are missing and I do a lot of Powerlifting and Crossfit Workouts cause I'm playing Semi-pro Football in Austria...

      I had Jack3d long time ago but right now I just have Post Workout supps: my Post Workout Shake: 50g of Whey 10g of Frucctose 35g of Vitargo 10g of Creatin 50g of Dextrose and then i got some aminos and pure glutamin
