      Anyone with a short fuse have u ever been docters or anything about the situation does it Actully help or a waste time

      as in how bad i have a shot fuse and can start shouting but dont go around hitting people

      Whats this like mate I'd rather just have a bad temper than go through loads off meetings etc

      Mines pretty bad and has got worse recently I ust to be able to just bite me lip and calm down after a few minutes but now I feel like I just have to explode or I get like a pain in me gut

      are u on cycle i use to find it was the small things that use to get me angry like children clapping

      Need to find out why the temper is so close to the surface.

      That is, why does it show itself readily.

      I worry quite a bit, & get very tense but recently used Neurochill from Mind Nutrition, it seems to calm me down.
