      While driving to work we me and a mate chatted about how much is spent per week on Gear,foods,amino's,whey protein,Supplements per week.
      Mine come to a staggering £31.10 pencer per day.
      £210 per week
      Wtf
      Now others may get things cheaper so I have done the maths for what I am paying.
      Here is an example of what I am paying below.

      We can't show price for gear so Do the maths.

      £*** test per shot plus anabol/Clen/T3's
      Whole chicken £5
      Aminos ethyl esters 35 pence.
      2 Tins of tun £3.55
      Whey protein drink with Glutamine with milk £1.20
      Two chick pasturised eggs 1.50
      Porridge and milk 35 pence
      Chicken fillet £1.99
      Brown bread,lettuce,cucumber,toms £1.09
      Gym membership £2.00 per day
      Banana's apple £1.56

      I am sure there are one or two things missing.

      So total for just me alone comes to £210 per week.

      No sh!t,had to do the maths 10 times,staggering really when you cost it up.

      I spend about £35 a week on food/protein and gear lol - you need to learn how to budget lol :p

      my gym membership was paid in 1 go for 1year £250 works out sumit like £3-4 a week???

      aas prob about £100 a month on cycle unless i treat my self to extras lol my last bulk was about £300 for 12weeks but my last 6week cycle was £500 lol, werth it tho ;) but no im opff iv lost the look i had so maybe not so werth it lol

      Maybe the 3 *** indicated price,maybe I should of just added £** per shot x 3 per week..
      Test/Tren Stack 750 Per week.

      Why! I am happy with the amount,surely other guys will get close to this.
      I do manage my budget,just these are the thing I need to be a big MOFO.

      I agree it's exspensive,but just joined new gym,quite posh and lots of fanny walking around.
