      would have a can of pepsi (140 cals) really hurt me that bad if i have it as an actual meal?

      the sugar and carbonation is able to hold me over for a few hours. as long as i fit it into my calories for the day (1800) will i still be ok?

      I actually use carbonation to cut quite often. But Pepsi has better Macros than say, Coke, so you're probably okay. Maybe better as a post-workout meal?

      Man, i tell you hwut/Hank Hill: i had a regular soda the other day after 2 years of drinking diet soda, felt like my insides were boiling for some reason.

      I still enjoy a pepsi throwback every now with a papa john's pizza
