I shower every morning and after I workout. I really think I need to stop this. What do you do? I workout around 3 or 4

Same thing! Every morning & after workout! I prefer not to be nasty and sweaty plus I have to wash my hair every day so 2 times for me. Not unusual. Why does it bother you? Sensitive skin?

I do the same thing. Use lotion and some type of anti dandruff shampoo and I don't see a problem. Showering once a day when you workout hard isn't enough unless you want to stink all day at work before you go to the gym.

I've started showering at night instead of in the morning. It's quicker getting out in the morning plus then I just stick to once a day.

I workout in the morning before work/school, take a shower after and i dont take a shower till after my workout the next day unless i end up sweating a lot or have to somewhere, plus i take my shower in the gym so thats less money coming out of my pocket. Its not really a big deal to over shower but if its a problem for you just workout in the morning and shower after.
