      Hello how do you weigh yourself, do you weigh yourself before you go to the toilet or after? because most days i can't go to the toilet in the mornings and then i end up eating breakfast before i go so my weight will just be higher if i weigh then. I'm a bit of a hyperchondriact so please help me out here because i'm scared that i might gain my weight back too fast.

      *edit* i mean going number 2 in the morning

      How do you weigh yourself?

      Just weigh yourself first thing in the morning before you have a shower.

      How do you weigh yourself?

      I usually wake up and have a strong cup of coffee to get my bowels moving. then I go to the toilet and weigh myself. and do calipers and tape measure. once a week.

      Relax. Not sure how some people manage to breathe without posting about it.

      Just weigh yourself first thing. As long as you're consistent.

      Please remember to breathe too.

      How do you weigh yourself?

      I always have to urinate when I wake up.. so always after that with the same types of clothes (beater + boxers). It'll never be COMPLETELY reliable, but on a weekly basis it's fairly accurate.

      How do you weigh yourself?

      As long as you weigh yourself as closely as possible the same way every time, it doesn't really matter. If you weigh yourself before making your morning deposit on day 1, do it that way every other time too. Besides, unless you fill the toilet to the rim, its not going to make a HUGE difference anyhow.
