      Ok guys sick of making chicken and rice i fancy a takeaway for a change whats a good thing to have as i high in protein etc not too much saturated fat , hurry up guys im starving lol

      If you use the same takeway and get to know the guy who runs it, they will often make a meal that is to your needs and not on the menu.

      LOL...Lamb Kebab with salad,lettuce toms cucumber lettuce.
      Vinny **** it mate...Have a cheat day every once in a while,does my nut in sometimes thinking what can I eat.I eat a full chicken 6 days aweek every week....if your diet is clean a bit of fat aint gonna do you know harm.
      Infact you have my persmision to go get Fish and Chips.

      if i go the chiniese,i get chicken egg foo yung (chicken and onion ommelette),boiled rice and a tub of curry sauce....eggs,chicken and carbs..cant go wrong
