Is that an estimate or are you keeping accurate track of your calories? People that estimate are usually waaaay off once they start accurately counting everything. Pick out a day and log what you ate and list the calories and macros with each and we can get a better idea of how to help.

Also, it doesn't matter what time you eat or how much during a sitting. Your total calorie intake for the day is what's important. If your sitting at 1600 for the day at 9pm and allow 2000/day, then you have 400 left to eat. If you eat only when your stomach is growling then you aren't going to make much progress.
