Always cook chicken in a pan but after a much trial and error Ive found that a cast iron pan is the best. Just like this one.

normally i roast a whole chicken at work strip it all and use as needed sometimes ill warm it up or fry it again and season it. if its breasts they go in the george forman just because its easyer

Either in foil with a little pepper in the oven 30 mins, or boil in water 30 mins, or cut the breast so it is half the thickness by butterflying it then a little pepper and grill both sides on a low grill.

For legs and thighs i just roast em in a dish, foil covered, or roast chicken whole for just under 2hrs with half inch of water in the bottom of roasting tray, keeps chicken moist.

I generally cook my own SIMPLE low fat curry that does about 4 meals. (so potentially a couple of days worth).

1kg Chicken breast diced
2 onions
A few chilies
1 Pepper
Broccoli
3 Garlic cloves
1 Tbsp curry power
2 Tins of peeled plum tomatoes (blended) / or a low fat ready-made curry sauce

All simmered for around 30 mins. Nice, nutitious meals there. Just add rice if you're bulking

Dice, wok, add spice, wok a bit longer, eat.

Using mex tex at the moment. But hot chilli powder FTW.
