I have a high metabolic rate and can eat large quantities of food without adding additional pounds. I'm also very hot constantly and have to sleep uncovered year round...

I find the human body a fascinating thing, it amazes me how we can manipulate it to get in shape, build muscle, cut fat, turn the body temp up

Rack will tell u it's hard at first but u must fight that urge

Body will try to sit u down etc etc

High gi foods IMO don't require the heavy digestion red meat, pasta etc need so we spike insulin, protect protein via increased nitrogen retention and hit activity

Doesn't allow sugars to store easily as readily available

Worked with rack!

Certainly makes sense as opposed to 'eat this, take that and see how you get on!'

Simple enough to understand and its obviously worked with Rack!

Was clear rack needed to build weak parts whilst giving his body the jump start so when came time to diet he could keep getting stronger bigger and hotter !

I love it rack and mates call me dexter!
Racks still hitting PBS! We technically r not till this week UNDER base calories

We added 200g oats 2-3 x week extra few weeks ago as we could.

All this starvation diet stuff u see on a stubborn body like racks won't work
