A mate who is into hunting has told me I can have free rabbits off him.

I have googled around and the meat seems to be close to zero carb, ~3G Fat, ~20g Protein per 100g.

Anyone used Rabbit in their diet ? Going to take one off him next week as its free and will save me a couple of quid on tuna/chicken.

I love Rabbit and squaral but like Milky says a lot of bone to meat ratio, but if skinned and gutted you can braize them then stew them for a few hours untill the meat is falling off.

Chuck it in a stew and the meat will fall off the bones. I love rabbit meat but not enough meat on them to count as a decent meal
