Hey everyone! It's been a really long journey for me. I'm 17 years old right now, and this transformation begins when I was 13. I was the fat kid in public school. I turned 13 and before going into high school I went through four months of Anorexia (people will call me out on this saying I just got skinny, but I did not eat over 200 calories a day for the last two months of it, I was scared of food. I went from 185 lbs to 119 lbs in FOUR MONTHS! I was 5'8" at this time too. I had ribs that stuck out and were very visible, spindles for arms, and very sunken cheeks).

Once I snapped out of it (I weighed myself thinking I was a lean 130 - 150 and nice and healthy, and I saw "119" flash on the screen , I don't have any pictures of myself from then. I was too self conscious to take any and the few that were taken of me I didnt look at.
scale, I knew then I had gone too far) I began lifting. Just after turning 14.

So.. The first two pictures were in the spring of 2009. I had been lifting for about five - six months and put on a lot of fat, since the teen section told me to eat everything I possibly could. About 160 Lbs here. My chest was and always had been my biggest insecurity. I didnt understand how, at 119 lbs, I still had man boobs. I didnt know what gyno was.

Fast forwarding to the winter of 2011. I had bulked, cut, bulked, cut and bulked some more. None were particularlly successful. I had gotten to a whopping 235 here thinking I was jacked and huge. I posted some pics on here and was told I needed to cut desperately. Of course, I knew this so I got the right guidance and got to work.

This is about one month of the most strict dieting I've ever done. Ephedrine, caffeine, meals weighed out to the exact gram.

Another month or so later, following the same style of diet and rigorous cardio.

This was arguably the best shape I've ever been in. I was ripped and had some decent mass(Summer, 2011, 3 months after the last picture). The thing is, I still had moobs. I realized it was gyno. I dealt with it for another 8 - 9 months before making an appointment with my doctor (yes, I tried Letrozole and Nolvadex (only hormonal supps I've ever touched. Bodybuilding is a hobby for me. I wouldn't use gear for a hobby.)

One week Pre-op about a year later.

      One week Post-Op

This is me tonight. Im about 185 lbs, I have lost some mass (it's been 3.5 weeks since I've been in a gym, plus I lost a lot of dedication towards the last few months of my training.) I'm happy as can be now. My confidence is through the roof. I like how I look, etc. It's an amazing feeling. No more sweaters in the summer to hide gyno, collared shirts and graphic tee's! I'm only 21 days post-op so I have some swelling still and a decent amount of deep scar tissue that still needs to go but it'll flatten out completely in about 6 - 12 months and my nipples will shrink too!

First of all, kudos to you that you always kept trying, working hard, eating consistent & good and eventually transformed your body. You're looking fit & leaner & much better in comparison to ur first pic.
Just make sure to be precautious with whatever cautions u've to take post-op. I guess you might not work out chest for some time ? Or maybe not with too heavy weights ? Anyways, i'm sure u will preserve your body in best way possible as you've already come a long way.
Just keep at it. Good luck.

I need to have another week off of lifting, then I can ease back into it. Instead of 5-6 days a week Im only going to stick with a 3x per week fully body routine, in all honesty Im loving not going to the gym everyday. I still have goals though
