      just been to Morrisons and aldi for me grub for the next 14 days till i get paid i could get the majority cheaper at the butchers but i need the nutritional data on the packs so i have to make do with the following-

      mmmh there lush matey i make lil peanut butter oat cake sandwiches with them ha ha.
      it all came to £101.80 for 14 days so not that bad, i need to find a good cash and carry that has cheap meat with nutrition labels on lol

      lol i have bags of frozen veg in the freezer just didnt buy them today..... fruit i have little of as i just seem to have better results with veggies only.

      its just lean diced steak 400g for 2.79 at aldi av literally just cleared the shelves lol got some funny looks like :s
