Leangains, training fasted without bcaas?

im consuming around 165g of protein on this cut. with my fats and carbs total im consuming around 2k cals. anyways, ive been training fasted these days on leangains protocol, but is it okay if i dont take bcaas during the fasted workout?

I personally take them mostly because I just always have. Many here will tell you there is no difference. They may indeed be correct. I have seen no scientific proof either way. Purple wraath is cheap enough that I'll take it just to cover my bases.

I would buy 5kg of whey for $99 and take 1/2 a scoop pre workout before wasting $70 for barely any servings (considering whey has the BCAAs)

Some people feel lethargic when training fasted and BCAAs seem to help them. Try both and see how you go. Ive tried both and find no difference other than a lighter wallet.

well since im on leangains, dont really want to break my fast as i usually train during fasting hours.

Bcaa's also have calories so technically it breaks the fast just the same as half a scoop of whey.
