      WDC 6.6 (3.5-11.0) OK
      RBC 6.17 (4.25-5.55) HIGH
      HGB 17.4 (13-16.6) HIGH
      HCT 0.552 (0.385-0.490) HIGH
      RDW 15.6 (11.7-13.7) HIGH

      THE REST ARE OK JUST PUT UP THE HIGH ONES I FEEL TIRED ALL THE TIME AND FALLING ASLEEP EVERY AFTERNOON AM ON TEST CYCLE AT THE MO ANY ONE UNDER STAND BLOOD COUNTS WHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT IS ? THANKS

      had full blood count done help am feel really fooked all the time here it is

      i am sure donating blood can help lower RBC, you may want to look into that

      maybe try baby Aspirin to thin your blood?

      only temporarilyvyou would have to keep doing it to get the rbc down.

      how do they know its full of test? when you go to donate blood they dont test it there and then, they ask you questions like have you ever injected drugs etc well im sure you can be liberal with the truth, it gets tested before it used for someone anyway, its not gunna harm anyone

      if you cant give blood you need to be honest with your GP and he can order a therapeutic phlebotomy , its either that or take the risks that come with a high rbc/hemocrit lvl .

      this is exactly what happened to me,i had high blood pressure too-160s-ended up on propranolol 160mg for it,end your course now.cos i didnt and thats the outcome.
