      40lbs in a little over a year is damn good work... What point are you trying to make though? I haven't been keeping up w/the other threads in here so maybe I'm missing something.

      I'm small here,This was take right before I started to lift.

      I was 140 pounds here. I wasn't much into taking photo because I was small and lanky looking.

      Gotta be honest I'd have loved to have started there myself good genetics for you bro. If I don't train I just look like a bag of ****. Very limited natural muscle tone If I get skinny it's skinny fat if I do like I normally do when I hot hurt I just get rounded lol.

      Not sure who questioned ya but nice job on the comeback man.
