      Ha yeah Milky, been really busy with training and selection. Finally get a bits of a breather now the official decision has been made. I can stick up a training log in a bit if people think it would be of any interest. I don't set off until next year so got lots of time to play around with my body and hopefully get a lot bigger (I'm the scrawny **** in the background)
