      Abs show up at 15%
      I can kind of see them so maybe 16-17% I think 20 is too high, just my opinion though.

      and yes that is a fail cut, you aren't done yet lol........

      Yeah, 15-16%, looks like more mass in the beginning would have been better before you tried to cut. What were your macros? That may have been the problem. Also you have wider hips like me which makes the V very hard to accomplish.

      You don't look like you've got much mass at all right now, I would probably go on a lean bulk right now if I was you. You look a little skinny fat, no hate OP. I'm sitting at 18% right now and can see the beginnings of the lower V (barely).
