      Like many bodybuilders have free eating days do you think the pros also have it once a week? Eat like 15.000-20,000kcal a day to really speed and shock the metabolism to maximum=D

      I don't think anybody can eat that much food!
      Anyway, I highly doubt that pros eat even half of the lower figure you quoted.
