      Ok i was told to calculate my numbers i have my TDEE which is 3836 what should i do with this number next?

      I have my TDEE now what to do with it???/

      Hold on to it and never let it go.

      If you lose it you will never get it back. I lost my TDEE about a year ago and things just havent been the same since.

      If you're bulking, add 10-20%, if you're cutting, subtract 10-20% and if you're maintaining, stick to that number.

      I have my TDEE now what to do with it???/

      im cutting so i want to subtract 20% from that and thats my calorie intake day to day?

      on the contrary, that is exactly 20% of your TDEE.

      (thats not what you eat, its what you subtract from the total)
