Anyone know how to get in touch with HSBC customer services from abroad? Can't phone as phone is cut off and they don't seem to have e-mail contact details for customer service. They've decided to block my card so now I can't order anything online, was hoping to order some chicken from WG and have it delivered the day after I get back

Don't think you can unless you call them to prove its you that's made the transaction.

I would assume that they have blocked your card just to make sure you've not had your details stolen and someone else using your card

Fvck sake! Gonna have to wait until I get back home then, I ordered some protein Sunday night so I guess it's that that's triggered it. Very annoying, no access to my own money

Try it and see. Halifax blocked my card before and I was able to fix it over the phone. Just phone the UK number and put +44 infront of it.

Can you not call from a hotel or payphone?

Or as your internet is working why not try making a Skype phone call to them?
