      I'm having a day off from training today and I just want ppl opinions if they stick to their macro's on day's off/rest days?

      yeh mostly sometimes a bit less sometimes i have a cheat day on rest days (like yesterday) and feel better the next day. depends on goals to

      I'm even more careful with macro's on rest days as I feel excess calories won't be used as well for fueling a workout/recovery.

      if its a cheat macros go out the window. i normally consume minimal carbs on rest days

      im cutting atm and going keto around 3-4 days a week low carbs most days then 1 day high carbs and im still cutting the weight :p

      That's wat I'm worried bout as I gain weight easy so doin nuthin and eating is a real pain. U still take shakes? I'm thinking of just having a whey protein shake for dinner and then a few hrs ltr go sleep as I only got 4hrs last nite hence day off

      So for 3-4 days a week ur carbs r really low and one big blow out day? On ur cheat day do do extra cardio or just same training method as u normally would do?

      ok well atm say i go bed around 12ish il eat lean beef burger or 2 (no bread) with some cottage cheese around 10 at night then an hour -and hour and a half later il take a shake with milk from that im getting around 50grs of protien. im getting in good fats through out the day ive more energy from it to and like you i gain weight easy enough to. gota find what works for you mate

      yeh so 3-4 days zero-20 carbs then 4-6 il do around 80carbs or so then 7 high carbs and every 2weeks a cheat meal ive nearly no cravings and i train as normal but i end up doing more cause i have more energy from the carbs you know??
