      hi,

      in week 6 of my test 500mg/wk cycle, started tren ace a couple weeks back. i have adex 0.5mg eod, problem is im getting quite a bloat and i dont know why. i eat about 1000-1500kcal, nothing in particular salty, but every now and then i do have something with maybe a gram of salt.

      is there any way i can control this? cos im on a cut but water retention is putting me off. also im getting 1rip next week so will be doing that at 4+ml/wk also. and i have upped the adex to 0.5mg ed as i noticed sensitive and painfull nips yday

      Up the Adex to one a day and add 4000 mg of Vit C and 4 litres of water a day.

      try a bit of dandelion extract, good as a diuretic if you never had it before, that helps with the bloat.
      Also, if you are doing protein shakes, check the ingredients dont contain anything "related" to guar gum as that bloats too.

      up your adex to 1mg/day and keep your water intake high. are you only eating 1000-1500cals in total?

      yes im trying to cut, funny thing is im gaining a sh1t tonne of muscle and strength. #mixedfeelings

      Wow. I'm on about 2000 at the minute, last week of cut and I'm bloody starvin all the time!

      wont upping the adex, considering i will have to have it for say another 7weeks cause painfull dry joints. will the mast in the 1rip help. also ive got some prov ill take 25mg/day. is nolvadex an option? adex is just so expensive, but ill get it if is essential
