      Haha! That bottom one, is she doing some kind of yoga? Props to her for not being shy in the gym, but thats about all im gonna give her!

      looks like uggs...and boots are actually good lifting shoes
      -raised heel
      -sole doesnt compress very much
      -good ankle support

      sparkly black uggs are not good lifting shoes... plus she's doing some kind of odd benching so doesn't matter what's on her feet ;-)

      I don't know....when those endorphins start to flood my system and I am listening to something with a good beat, I almost want to break into dance when I am doing cardio. ;D

      I can't believe people video strangers at the gym and post it on Youtube. No decency anymore.

      Anywho, the second one looks like she's stretching. I don't see what's so odd about it.

      Do you recommend stretching with a weighted bar? I've never seen it before... and never on a bench... usually they (I) do it on the floor.... but I need to up my stretching game fo sho

      It's not weighted - it's the smith machine. She's using the bar similar to how some would use a yoga strap. I've never seen it, either, but that doesn't make it odd.
