Creatine Usage

I recently ordered some creatine and it was delivered today. Ill be using it alongside my Pro-6 supplement. Im a bit confused as I thought that with creatine, you had to use it for 4 weeks, then have 4 weeks off it and so on but the bag of it I bought, doesn't state this at all on the packaging which I personally feel isn't very professional by the manufacturer at all. Ive attached a picture below with the directions that the company state for the daily doses as well but if possible, some advice as to what they say is right, would be great. Im a bit sceptical now after them not stating about the 'off period' that you are meant to have with creatine.

To be honest bud I don't take any time off creatine, but also not saying that's right. I take extremes creatine capsules and the serving times are just the same as it states on your packaging.

I personally dont load, i just take kre-alkyln caps 1.5g am then 1.5 g before exercise and 1.5 g afterwards also take some mono in the stims i have also, tobe honest i sometimes have a week off after say 1-2 months on and always drink plenty of water.

I do the same I take 5ml daily and in a workout day I will have 5ml in the am and 5ml post training.
Sometime pre workout aswell in my pwo.

I take Kr-Evo too so can't remember the exact protocol for mono but I'm pretty sure the loading phase is nonsense, just a way of getting you to use more. As for cycling, I'd have to check as it does ring bells.

Let us know how you get on Gari. Must admit I have tried Mono and EE with absolutely no effect. Would agree with earlier comments make sure you drink plenty of water

Hit the nail on the head there dorsey loading creatine is ********!!! I use the monohydrate in the off season 5g twice a day, I like to come off for a month every coulple of months otherwise I feel a bit of stress on my kidneys...
