Blood pressure is high, but not high enough to be the main cause.

I woke up with it like this the other day. It's about the 4th time in as many years I've had it. Always in the same place & never any particular reason for it.

I work in a hospital & had it checked out at the opthalmology department. They said its a damaged blood vessel - a bit like what people who get nosebleeds have.

Just waiting for Jehovas Witnesses to call round now.
