      For those that are finding their backs mashed, take a few grams of taurine each day.

      That stuff is a godsend.

      But im in the same camp as milky, i've learned to balanced it out.

      Though admittedly a cycle or two certainly helps, i have every intention of getting bigger and stronger, just so they'll have to kill themselves to knacker me out.

      Yeah i love my job me lol.

      Im a brickie, an even after a hard days graft i get a second wind for the gym. Try eating more an see how you get on mate.

      I went to buy some taurine today but am confused as to what it helps mate.

      Helps with any back pumps, or any cramping in general, it's why so many run it when on cycle.

      Plus it gives you a bit of a pump, and it increases endurance.

      Im sure there are other benefits, but im not hunting as i've gone and pulled a trap so taking it easy tonight.

      This is what i buy and it lasts me months, each scoop is about 2gms
