      Just pinned 1.5cc Test in left quad, everything went fine with injection up until the point I pulled dart out, it bleed way more than usual and immediatly a bump appeared just under the skin say marble size. I did aspirate prior to pushing and saw nothing. I have tried to massage the area in effort to dissapate the bump but its not helping. Anyone ever have anything similiar? Did it just go away? I was using 22G 1" and it was all the way in. Maybe I nicked a blood vessel?

      Going through a healthy vein sounds like, yea had a few of those. You can taste the damn shot in your mouth to after that! lol.

      22G?? fuck that. 23G bro is big enough but i go 1.5 not 1. I use a 1 in my delt and i get a dime size bumo every once in a while. 4 days it should be gone.

      feel any different as far as discomfort

      The bigger the pin, the bigger chance you have of hitting veins/nerves. I have used 22g harpoons on quads but found out a 25 works just as good. IMO if the labs gear is on point it should flow through a 25 no problemo.

      Raiden is right. And smaller pins also mean less scar tissue if you plan on doing this for the long run. I have yet to find oil based gear that will not go through a 25 gauge. To save time you might want to draw with something bigger, but shoot with a 25. To the OP, sounds like you definitely nicked a vein.
