      What do you wear to the gym?

      Trackies and t-shirt when its not hot (usually supplement company t-shirt free from bodypower expo etc)

      Summer when in better shape shorts and vest (lonsdale/everlast from sports direct £3-4)

      What do you wear to the gym?

      I shit you not I once saw an "older gentleman" working out at my gym in a shirt, trousers and black shoes. Looked like he'd just finished work as a stock market trader and went to hit the gym. Just needed a tie and he would have had the full outfit. He must have been bloody warm

      Trackies or Shorts with a tshirt or a old footy top and running shoes.

      cheap plimmys,
      old trackies,
      old t-shirts.

      i look like a tramp in the gym but spend good money on cycling and running gear.
