      Need some help guys, ive ran many aas cycles in the past using many different compounds. Im looking to try a 4 week PH cycle, im currently cutting so looking for something to be used in four weeks to help me hold onto muscle and maybe add some weight whilst dropping bf%

      What would you reccommend for lean gains/body recomp for a 4 week cycle?

      Epi is good if you are willing to extend it to 6 weeks?

      My brother really rates epistane mate so have a look at that.

      Also think you need to change thread title it's contender for Contradictory Thread Title of the Year!

      Gotta stick with the title now, dont think i can change it lol. Was too worried about my chicken burning i wasnt concentrating lol

      Well yous get the jest, ive used aas but new to PH's ans want a solid 4 week cycle for lean gains.

      Golfdelta your ex military or currently serving or have i got you mixed up??

      Sd ? Epi is very slow to kick in be end or mid week 3 before it really starts

      Yea EPI is no good, im going on holidays in 6 weeks and im thinking of trying a 4 week PH cycle then 2 week PCT.

      Anyone in the forces ever passed a drug test on PH's? Or know if you can use them in the military, i know you cant use steriods but they dont test for them, just wondering if any of the ingredients in PH's mite make you fail a drug test???

      Yes mate I'm ex-military just left earlier this year.The only PHs I've used are M1T and T-bullet,didn't like either tbh but I don't think I had diet right at that stage so that's possibly why.

      U could even run sd for 3 weeks u will need a good pct sd is known to shut u down fast

      Tbh just wait until you get back.

      4 weeks with 2 week pct? Especially if you went for something like SD that is a very bad idea.

      Did you pass CDT whilst one them or know anyone who has whilst on PH's?

      I wouldnt be suprised if they rocked up before summer leave for a sneaky one, but ill bet my bottom dollar they will be here the week after summer leave
