      Does anyone ever do their one rep max? Like ever?

      That question gets asked so often but surely for an elite level bodybuilder it's the riskiest thing you could do in the gym.

      Purely an ego thing.

      Yea, said he'd never even thought about it. The guy is like 23 damn pounds off the max bench I think said I saw in the record books. Something like that....

      According to PL watch the #1 raw bench @275 is 612 held by Ryan Dewitt. However, Ryan has hit 622 in competition as well. I'm not totally sure what Roelly could do under meet conditions nor does it really matter since he's a bber lol. I'd be interested to see what he can do without his spotters hands all over the bar.

      Scott Mendelson's 715 still holds as the record raw bench...anything in the 600s is elite and I'm sure Roelly would be up there but like DP said it's just not worth the risk for a bodybuilder. That being said I'm pumped to see what he brings to the Tampa, especially his RDB.

      We are talking IFBB Pro Bodybuilder's here, lol. I thought that was pretty obvious since we talk about it here and there on here. Like JO records, Stan's records etc. But he is suppose to be cutting and getting weaker. This is like Ronnie style lifting just before shows... YYYYeeeaahh Buddy! Light Weight!
