      I watched his fight the other night - was ok..

      Intro - they were saying how he'd gone from 16% bf to a current 9%

      I was lolling hard - the dude is still a good 20% - wtf?

      plus hes 17 1/2 stone at about 6 foor 6 pmsl...........i'm a foot shorted and a stone heavier lol lol - his legs were like a fuking flamingos (and with less bf and im not lean)

      Ive not seen him since his last fight, but as you say he was a good 20+% then and i cant see that ever changing tbh

      a lot of bb'er walk on stage in half decent nick at 8 or 9% tbh

      12% is tight as fuk - most bb'ers go truely sub 12% uless they do a show...IMO he was 18% plus
