Ok so when preparing food for the coming days, how long can things like rice/veg stay in the fridge for?

Up until now I've been cooking as I go/preparing one day in advance - but it's still 'a fvcking lot' of cooking anyone else prepare more in advance? Xx

rice is a dodgy 1 queenie.no more than 3 days id say.keep your eye on it.check the top layer on the edges for small spores.rice is a bugger for food poisoning.cooked veg is ok for longer.you can tell if its going off.it goes limp and starts to smell.
