      HOW DOES MY DIET LOOK?

      How much weight you looking to drop?? If your doing all you say you are kcals might be a bit low, how much you lost so far? Where do you want to end up?

      HOW DOES MY DIET LOOK?

      never actually weighed myself, but people have guessed at 14 stone with a bloated belly, and looking at pics of other people i would've said 30%bf,
      trying to go as far as i can, would be nice to get down to six pack territory, or almost!

      Evan though the mirror is best, numbers do mean something in this game, weigh your self work out your BMR, then go from there, you will drop quickly at first then it's a bit of a grind and diet tweaking from there to abs!!
