      three protein shakes (double scooped)+flax seed and oats
      2x bananas
      2x tangerines
      5x yoghurts
      Steak baguette with cheese, tomato and onions
      2x kiwi fruits
      Chicken sandwich x2
      2 slices of roast beef + flax seed
      Beans
      4 slices of bread [brown]
      Rice pudding and mandarins
      25x mussels + 6 nuts
      3x cod liver oil capsules
      3x sulphur capsules
      4 lts of milk

      For the att of yanny and Ewen

      Just from first impressions, the amount of protein from meats looks a bit low
      Looks healthy with the fruit but you are getting so much simple sugars in the diet from the milk as well
      Most of your complex carbs are coming from bread, you need some rice, pasta or sweet potatoes instead
      Maybe Ewen or a few other members could comment as well

      really just to enjoy it mate And do the best I can with my body type and age I get my protein for the chicken and the beef and mussels 25g in the mussels bud

      I don't mean this in any negative way because I don't know any history behind your post, but do you have specific goals? Or are you just eating for general health?
