      Alright lads,

      Just jabbed me glute, 3 x 250mg cido's and 200mg tren enth so in total 4ml... half way thru I find myself getting a dead glute... you reckon its too much juice going in? takes me a couple of pin to pin it as the tren is so thick... not warming the barrel up btw...

      You should be fine m8, you really want to try warming it up tho. Helps alot.

      How much ml in one area?

      4ml should be fine in glutes, i only do 3ml at a time know quite a few do upto 5ml in glutes

      couldn't warm it up as housemate was in, but yeah that was the plan haha... just hate that it takes so long to pin... cheers lads

      How much ml in one area?

      If i can fit about 12ml in one bicep head, im sure a fair few ml in the glute will be ok

      How much ml in one area?

      done 5ml in glutes a few times (vet grade eq @50mg a ml)
      4ml in quads various gear
      3ml delts, tried 4ml but that was a mistake ,
