Wasn't sure where to post this so just put it in general, I trained chest and tri's today and seem to have formed a weird lump on my arm, it feels hard, any ideas what it is, was not there before I trained today.

Gristle, what like the horrible chewy stuff in steak, will it go away?

      Lump?

Sit down and massage it while you watch telly tonight, might just be a huge knot in the muscle from training.
