      been to graft on late shift (3:30pm-11:20pm) all week and went in to cover some one today (7am-3:10pm) and back in tomorrow to start nights (8.45pm-7am)
      so i think i am going to enjoy my cheat day now as my lass is away out n its just me n the lil man who's bed time is 7 o'clock.
      to be honest a shouldn't even eat all this as i am no were near my goals but never mind eh ha ha IMG_0943.jpg

      probably wont even eat half that i just get pig greedy whilst doing the cheat day shop :s

      Don't think this is a cheat day, this is a cheat month It probably has more calories in one item than you've been eating on the diet mate... Have the pizza for the cheat day

      i honestly wont be cheating nemore maybe once a month if that !! because i dont want to undo any hard work i put in!! plus i feel really guilty just my opinion lol but it all looks sooo nice tho
