      this is exactly what i need to do yannyboy. i need to set up a perfect diet and stick to it. just wana get all the info possible so i get it all rite

      A perfect diet takes time, you need to set one up and go for around 2lbs a week gain or loss depending on goals, and keep adjusting it until you get it right

      well thats where iam in a bit of a pickle.
      not sure weather to cut up or bulk. competing is the goal

      yeh i never tend to carry too much. my best was 8%
