500mg test e for 10 weeks 1 shot a week
pct nolva 40/20/20/20 and possibly clomid 100/50/50/50
im also leaning towards 1000iu hcg throughout cycle and up to pct, still not sure if i should do 2x500iu or 1 shot of 1000iu

ill also have extra nolva on hand incase of gyno symptons

whats your age weight and stats? if its good gear 1ml a week would be ok but id prefer 2ml tbh, the HCG i wouldnt run until week 4 onwards at 250iu per week, then maybe 2x1000iu shots in last 2 weeks, i dont evenuse it if am being truthfull, give it your all and train hard mate eat big

31 mate. 6 foot, just under 15 stone, training on and off since i was 23. wouldnt have a clue on body fat but a bit of a beer gut. so the beer will be getting cut.
