      heyy people!,

      just a quick question how do you guys cook your meat, as in what flavouring do you use or sauces or anything? im eating turkey 4 times a day and eating it just plain is really getting boring and disgusting!.

      how do you cook

      Chicken, I just marinade it overnight or dry rub it with herbs then wap in foil and oven cook, keeps it moist and stops it drying out.

      Beef or steak: hot pan (realllly hot) black Pepper and salt rubbed in, chuck in pan (oil steak not pan) fry for a few mins either side (turn once only)

      Basics for me, sometimes I'll do other stuff though

      i cook meatloaf with different flavourings for everyday of the week .

      how do you cook

      i use alot of different spices, like thyme, oregano,garlic and peri peri and lemon juice... no need for clean foods to br boring...

      Meatloafs nice! I do a low carb version, basically herbs and spices, egg, cheese and mince mixed and patted into a dish and oven cooked, topped with more cheese

      Asda's own BBQ sauce has been a life saver for me of late mate TBH.
